Jones, Grantor, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANT and CONVEYS to THE TOWN OF AFTON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, Grantee, its successors or assigns, an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, upon and beneath the following described real estate, situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the purposes outlined below: 1. Purpose of Easement/Description of Serviant Estate. This easement shall be for ingress, egress, construction, placement, installation and maintenance of a water line and services, over, under, and across the property of the GRANTOR, said property being more fully described in Book 519 PR Page 018 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming. 2. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following described property: ~/ 2 l A strip ofland twenty (20) feet in width within the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 31, T32N Rl18W and the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 f Section 36, T32N Rl19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with the westerly line described as follows: / COMMENCING at the northwest point of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 567 of Photostatic Records on page 580, NORTH 299.24 feet from the southwest comer of said Section 31; thence N85°-59' -05"E, 7.46 feet, along the north line of said tract, to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the easterly right-of-way line ofU. S. Highway 89; thence coursing said easterly right-of-way line, identical with a westerly line of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 519 of Photostatic Records on page 018, as follows: N03°-34' -38"W, 119.49 feet, to a point on the west line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; continuing N03°-34'-38"W, 74.33 feet, to Station 538+00 43' LT; NOlO-II '-59"W, 500.01 feet, to Station 533+00 40' LT; NOOO-50' -43"W, 99.95 feet, to Station 532+00 40' L T; NOOO-49, -12"W, 228.37 feet, to a point on the north line of said SEY4SEY4, identical with the northwest point of said tract of record in Book 519, S89°-53'-2I"W, 19.85 feet, from the northeast comer of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4; the easterly right-of-way line of the above described easement to be shortened or lengthened as necessary to create a continuous easement with a minimum width of twenty (20) feet to meet the north line of said tract in Book 519 and the north line of said SW 1/4 SW 1/4; the BASE BEARING for this survey is the west line of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, T32N Rl18W, being NORTH; each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a r aluminum cap inscribed, "SURVEYOR SCHERBEL L TD AFT ON WY PLS 5368", and other appropriate details; each "Station" marked by A 6" x 6" concrete post with brass cap inscribed, "STATE HIGHWAY DEPT.
