HomeMy WebLinkAbout929816 0001;0";' GRANT OF EASEMENT The Condos at Valli-Vu Owners Association, Inc., a Wyoming Non-Profit Corporation, Blake Hoopes, President, Grantor, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, GRANTS and CONVEYS to THE TOWN OF AFTON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, Grantee, its successors or assigns, an easement for the benefit of the Grantees, upon and beneath the following described real estate, situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the purposes outlined below: 1. Purpose of Easement/Description of Serviant Estate, This easement shall be for ingress, egress, construction, placement, installation and maintenance of a water and sewer lines and services, over, under, and across the property of the GRANTOR, said property being more fully described in Paragraph 2 of this Easement. 2. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following described property: The west twenty (20) feet of the Pool Tract of the Condos at V alli- Vu, of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 240-A, with Instrument No. 919175, within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming; 3. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in this instrument.
