KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that R. RICK MILLER and
KELLY J. MILLER, husband and wife, P.O. Box 699, Afton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTORS,
for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND WARRANT to
KELLY J. MILLER, a married woman as her sole and separate property, P.O. Box 699, Afton,
Wyoming 83110, GRANTEE, and her heirs and assigns, the following described real property,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws ofthe State of Wyoming, to wit:

attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Includìng and together with all and singular tenements, hereditaments,
appurtenances, and improvements thereon or thereunto belonging.
Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way, and
easements of sight and/or of record,

the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, all within the
NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, T33N, Rl18W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the South line of the SE1/4 of
Section 10, of said T33N, Rl18W, said Point of Beginning,
being 582.10 feet S89°54'03"W, along said South line from
the u.S. Department of the Interior Bureau of Land
Management, 1966 location for the Southeast Corner of said
SE1/4;
thence Soo05'57"E, 301.33 feet;
thence S89°54'03"W, parallel with said South line, 293.70
feet;
thence N1°28'41"E, parallel with the East line of the Baker
