Moberly, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SRI, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated September 1, 2004 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 16, 2004, at Reception No. 902886 in Book 567 at Page 415.
