WHEREAS, Darien E. Moberly, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SRI, as
mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage
dated September 1, 2004 (the "Mortgage"), and duly recorded in the records of
the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on September 16, 2004, at Reception No. 902886 in
Book 567 at Page 415.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Structured
Asset Securities Corporation Trust 2005-WMC1, acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on January 2, 2007, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public venue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the
Structured Asset Securities Corporation Trust 2005-WMC1 ("Successful Bidder")
made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the
sum of $178,565.75, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on January 2, 2007 ("Sale Date"); and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 2,
2007, in/as Reception No. 925742 in Book 645 at Page 304;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Todd Smith, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and SOLD, and
do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said LaSalle Bank National Association,
as Trustee for the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Trust 2005-WMC 1,
3476 Stateview Blvd, MAC# X7801-013, ,Fort Mills, SC 29715-7200, its
successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real
property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
