WARRANTY DEED
Linford Taylor, as Trustee for the uses and purposes set forth in the Trust Agreement
dated July 17, 1981, and Linford Taylor, as attorney-in-fact for Wilda L. Taylor, Trustee for the uses
and purposes set forth in the Trust Agreement dated July 17, 1981, grantors, for and in
consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and WARRANT to Michael Thad Brown and
Tracy Ellen Brown, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of PO Box 648,
Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:

A Tract of land lying within the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 25, also within the
incorporated limits of the Town of Afton, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 213 PR, page 647, with boundaries more
particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached and incorporated herein by this
reference.
SUBJECT, however, to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
easements, and rights of way of record or in use.

Trust Agreement dated July 17, 1981, described in and which executed the foregoing instrument;
that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that said trustees had the
authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the instrument on behalf of the
trust; and said trustees acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said trust.

of the Town of Afton, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk
in Book 213PR, Page 647, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 11 of the Hale Addition to the Town of Afton, of
record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk as Plat No. 305; and running
THENCE S 01 °45'56" W, along the west boundary of Lincoln Street, a distance of 125.00 feet
to a point;
THENCE N 88°57'40" W a distance of 66.95 feet to a point;
THENCE N 01 °45'56" E a distance of 5.88 feet to a point;
THENCE N 88°41'39" Wa distance of68.33 feet to a point;
THEN CE N 01 °47'44 "E a distance of 120.86 feet to a point;
