WARRANTY DEED
FRANK A. JOHNSON and BONNIE R. JOHNSON, husband and wife,
Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to FRANK A.
JOHNSON and BONNIE R. JOHNSON, as Trustees of the FRANK A. JOHNSON
and BONNIE R. JOHNSON TRUST, dated May 31, 2007, Grantees, whose
address is P.O. Box 507, Kemmerer, WY 83101, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 2, Block 1, RANGER HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, of the Town
of Diamondville, being situated in the Resurvey Tract 50,
Township 21 North, Range 116 West of the Sixth Principal
Meridian.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to
exceptions, easements
all reservations, restrictions,
and rights-of-way of record.
