Heiner, a married man dealing in his sole and separate property, of Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantor, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Dick R. Heiner, a married man as his sole and separate property, grantee, of 3193 Lincoln County Road No. 12-123, Bedford, WY 83112, forever, all such right, title. interest, property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: A portion of the Heiner property, as referred to in the deed recorded in Book 445PR, on Page 52. with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming within the W1/2NW1/4 of Section 10, T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Charles V. King PE/LS 590, 1989 location for the Southwest Corner of the NW1/4NW1/4 of said Section 10; Thence S89°44'48"E, along the south line of said NW1/4NW1/4, 146.69 feet to a point in the center line of the 60 foot wide right-of-way, as referred to in said deed; thence southerly, along said center line the following: S9°38'13"E 29.24 feet, S13°41'59"E 278.45 feet, S16°37'24"E 230.11 feet, S20045'19''E 235.12 feet, and S20052'16''E 70.00 feet to the Northeast Corner of the Littell property, as referred to in the deed recorded in Book 452PR, on Page 626, with said Office; Thence S81°00'06"W, along the north line of said Littell property 403.04 feet to a point in the east line of the NE1/4 of Section 9 of said T33N, R118W; Thence Noo25'34"E, along said east line 868.83 feet, to the point of beginning Together with and subject to: a 60 foot wide right-of-way for ingress, egress and 1'¡ utilities, along the east line of the above described property and extending ~ 4 northwesterly to Bedford-Turnerville County Road t2-123, as referred to in the deed ( 0 recorded in Book 445PR, on Page 52, with said Office THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
