HomeMy WebLinkAbout930167 000,325 Corrective Warranty Deed Know all persons by these presents that this Corrective Warranty Deed is intended to correct and replace the legal description contained within that certain Warranty Deed by and between the same Grantors and Grantee herein, dated April 3, 2007, and recorded in the office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, April 6, 2007, at book 653, page 631, as instrument number 928172. Remy Levy and Catherine Kehr, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 970 West Broadway, Box 291, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (collectively the "Grantors"), for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and warrant unto Dream Venture II, LLC, with its principal mailing address at 970 West Broadway, Box 299, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, (the "Grantee"), the following described real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: Parcell: The W'liNEl/.t of Section 10, Township 35 North, Range 119 West 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
