KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owners of the
following real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described
as follows:
Lots 84 and 85 of Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 2, Amended 7th
Filing, recorded October 10, 2006 at Document No. 923066 Map Number
259-D in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Lots 86 and 87 of Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 2, Amended 8th
Filing, recorded October 4, 2006 at Document No. 923068 Map Number
259-E in the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Lot 88 of the Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 2 Amended 9th Filing,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Lot 25A, Alpine Village Subdivision No.1, Plat 2, Amended, recorded
June 4, 1981 at Document No. 559191 Map Number 264 in the Office of
the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting therefrom that tract of land
conveyed by warranty deed recorded in Book 333 P.R., page 222
described as follows: The Northeasterly 235 feet of Lot 25, Alpine Village
Subdivision No.1, Plat 2, Amended, according to that plat of recorded in
the Office of the Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Said owners hereby join in, ratify and consent to the Alpine Airpark Association
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, Reservations, Easements, Liens
and Charges, recorded January 31, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in Book 647, Page 632, as
Document No. 926439.
