WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Decker Properties, LLC, A
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, of LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, for and in consideration
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Jeffrey Brady and
Gaylynn Brady, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address
is PO Box 241, LaBarge, WY 83123, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Birch Creek Commercial Park (amended) of the SW% NE%
Section 6, Township 26 North, Range 112 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto.
