Comes now Scott A. Scherbel of Big Piney, County of Sublette, State of Wyoming, who, being
duly sworn on oath according to law, does hereby make the following statement of facts and
affirm:
1. That he is a Professional Land Surveyor registered under the laws of the State of Wyoming
with Registration Number 3889.
2. That he prepared the description for Miles W. Stewart, et. al. for an instrument of record in
Book 656 of Photostatic Records on page 660 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
3. That paragraph 3 of said description reads as follows:
"thence SOoo13.4'W, 1337.07 feet, along the east line of said W~SW'l'4 to the
southeast comer of the NEII4SWII4 comer of said Section 2 on the northerly
boundary of said Viola Subdivision;"
4. That paragraph 3 should more correctly read as follows:
"thence SOoo13.4'W, 1337.07 feet, along the east line of said W~SW'l'4 to the
southeast comer of the NW¥.4SW¥.4 corner of said Section 2 on the northerly
boundary of said Viola Subdivision;"
5. That this affidavit is filed for the purpose of giving public notice of the discrepancy noted
above and its corrected version.
