Warranty Deed

grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
G. Terry Orton, Hollie L. Orton, Alexander Brinton, Lindsey Brinton, Scott Stone and
Kimberley Stone as Joint Tenants
grantee, whose mailing address is 1725 E. LaHar Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84106, the
following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 31 of Stewart Country Club Estates Phase 2
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-
way of record or in use.
