CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED

KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that INDIAN SILVER, a
Wyoming limited liability company, P.O. Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTOR, for
and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Warrant unto BONNIE M.
BOYER, a married woman as her sole and separate, P.O. Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001,
GRANTEE, and her successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property,
possession, claim and demand, as she may have or ought to have, in or to the following described
property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 636, Page 453 as
Receiving No. 923233 recorded on October 11, 2006 in the Lincoln County Clerk's
Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights of way of record or in use.
The sole purpose of this Corrective Warranty Deed is to remedy and correct the name of
the Grantee outlined in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 636, Page 453 as Receiving No.
923233 recorded on October 11, 2006 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming. The original Grantors, JOHN R. BOYER and BONNIE M. BOYER, Husband and
Wife intended to transfer the property to Bonnie Boyer as her sole and separate property and not
to place the property in the name of INDIAN SILVER, LLC.

Warranty Deed
Know all persons by these presents that John R. Boyer and BOMie M. Boyer, husband and wife
as tenants by the entireties, of PO Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (collectively the
"Grantors''), for ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged. do hereby Convey and Warrant unto Indian Silver,
LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company. with its principal mailing address at PO Box 882,
Jackson, Wyoming 83001, (the "Grantcc"), the following described real property situated in the
state of Wyoming, County of Lincoln, and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Boyer property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 613, on
Page 421, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
Sl12SE1I4 of Section 34, T36N, R1l9W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 2002 location for the
Southeast Comer of the SW1I4 of said Section 34;
Thence N01°l4'32"E, along the East line of said SW1I4, 1,323.38 feet to the
Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698, 2002 location for the Southwest Corner of the
Nl12SE1I4 of said Section 34; ,
Thence S89°16'02"E, along the South line of said NII2SEl/4, 395.01 feet;
Thence SOI°14'32"W 1,324.32 feet to a point in the North line of the NE1I4 of
Section 3, T34N, of said R119W;
Thence N89°07'52"W, along said North line, 395.00 feet, to the Point of
Beginning. contairiing 12.0IM: Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Easements, as referred to in the Easement
Agreement recorded in Book 579, on Page 7, with said Office.
TOGETIŒR WIlli and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and Conditions of sight and or record,
including but not limited to those shown hereon.
Furthennore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release
any and a11 rights that the Grantors may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of. or
arising under the Homestead Laws of the state of Wyoming.
