CORRECTIVE WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that BONNIE M. BOYER, a
married woman, P.O. Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTOR, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby Convey and Warrant unto JOHN R. BOYER and BONNIE
M. BOYER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, P.O. Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, GRANTEES,
and their successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim
and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 636, Page 454 as
Receiving No. 923234 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer, Wyoming a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to
easements and rights of way of record or in use.
This deed corrects the name of the Grantee outlined in the Warranty Deed recorded in
Book 636, Page 454 as Receiving No. 923234 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming. The original Grantors, JOHN R. BOYER and BONNIE M. BOYER, did not
intend to transfer the above described property to Bonnie M. Boyer as her sole and separate
property, but rather intended to keep it titled in their names as Husband and Wife.

Know all persons by these presents that John R. Boyer and Bonnie M. Boyer, husband and wife
as tenants by the entireties. of PO Box 882, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (collectively the
"Grantors"), for ten dollars (S10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which ilt hereby acknowledged, do hereby Convey and Warrant unto Bonnie M.
Boyer, a married woman as her sole and separate property, of PO Box 882. Jackson, Wyoming
83001, (the "Grantee"), the following described real property situated in the state of Wyoming,
County of Lincoln, and more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the Boyer property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 613, on
Page 421, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
Sl12SE1I4 of Section 34, T36N, R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the
metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Marlowe A Scherbel PLS 5368, 2002 location for the
Northeast Corner ofthe NE1I4 of Section 3, T34N, of said Rl19W;
Thence N89°07'52"W, along said North line, 2,252.19 feet;
Thence NOIDI4'32"E 1.324.32 feet to a Point in the South line of the Nl12SEl/4
of said Section 34;
Thence S89°16'02"E, along said South line, 346.44 feet to the Northwest comer
of the Izatt property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 71PR, on Page
256, with s~id Office;
Thence SO 1 °06'31 "W, along the West line of said Izatt property, 1,292.12 feet;
Thence S89°07'52"E, parallel with said North line, 1,902.47 feet to a Point in the
West line of the SWll4 of Section 35, of said T35N, R119W;
Thence SOo046'08"W, along said West line, 33.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning,
containing 12.02:1: Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The 33 feet wide Easement, along the South line
of the above described property, as referred to in the Easement Agreement recorded in
Book 579, on Page 7, with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and Conditions of sight and or record,
including but not limited to those shown hereon.
Furthennore, know all persons by these presents that the Grantors do hereby waive and release
any and all rights that the 'Grantors may have in the aforementioned real property by virtue of, or
arising under the Homestead Laws of the state of Wyoming.
