QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that KLN INVESTMENT
PROPERTIES, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 421 East 700 North, Tremonton,
Utah 84337, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised,
released, and forever quitclaimed unto STATELINE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION,
INC., a Wyoming nonprofit corporation, 11 Ross Road, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, GRANTEE,
and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim,
and demand as it may have or ought to have in and to all of the following described real property
situated in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said real property being more particularly
described as follows:
Lot 3, STATELINE ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on
November 17, 2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat No. 293-E, in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPTING the property described as follows:
Units 301, 302, 303 and 304 of Building 300, STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS,
as shown on the official plat thereof filed on September 12, 2006, as Document No.
922381, as Plat No. 362-A, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, also
being a part of Lot 3, STATELINE ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed
on November 17,2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat No. 293-E, in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and further defined and described in that certain
Declaration of Covenants, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stateline
Condominiums located in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Document
No. 922380, in Book 633, at Page 513 or set forth in the related bylaws in any instrument
creating the estate or interest insured by this policy; and in any other allied instrument
referred to in any of the instruments aforesaid.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights-of-way of record, of
sight, or in use.
