In consideration of value received, the undersigned SONORA JACOBSON (hereinafter "Borrowers") do
hereby jointly and severally promise to pay to JOHN WELTY (hereinafter "Lender"), the amount of $72, 000.00
which will be interest free for 90 days from date of signing, after which date ( Sept.12, 2007) interest will
accrue at 6% percent until May 14, 2008 at which time a balloon payment, including interest will be due..
Borrowers agree to pay in conformity with these terms:
This Note may be paid in full at any time without penalty charges.
The undersigned and all other parties to this Note, whether as endorsers, guarantors or sureties waive
demand, presentment and protest and all notices thereto and further agree to remain bound, notwithstanding
any extension, modification, waiver, or other indulgence by any holder or upon the discharge or release of any
obligor hereunder or to this Note, or upon the, exchange, substitution, or release of any collateral granted as
\ security for this Note.
