acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Marcia A. Spurlock, a marr ed woman s her sole

interest, property, possession, claim and demand as it has or ought to hav , in or to al the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of WYOffiit to-wit:
Lot 30 of the Trail Ridge Subdivision according to the official pI t thereof 0 file in the
office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Together with any and all improvements.
Subject to all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, rese ations an rights-of-

filed in connection with said plat.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of th homestea exemption
