ASSIGNMENT OF OIL & GAS LEAjES

KNOW ALL MEiN BY THESE PRESENTS:

COUNTY OF LINCOLN
This Assignment of Oil and Gas Leases is entered into effective August 29, 2005, by and
among Condor Exploration, LLC, 7720 East Belleview, Ste. B-1 Q2, Greenwood Village, CO
80111, Horsetrap Partners, LLC, 2371 Brighton Circle, Medfor9' OR 97504 and Nevada
Petroleum Corp., 1345 NW Wall Street, Suite 100, Bend, OR 9770~, hereinafter referred to as
("Assignors") and Zenergy, Inc. (f/k/a Zinke & Trumbo, Inc.), 6100 51 . Yale Avenue, Ste. 1700,
Tulsa, OK 74136, hereinafter referred to as ("Assignee").

For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknotledged, Assignors herein
grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign and convey unto Assignee its successors and assigns, all
of Assignors' working interest, in and to the oil and gas lease~ described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part hereof. Assignors specifically resJrve the difference between
the existing burdens and twenty percent (20%), thereby delivering ~o Assignee a net revenue
interest of eighty percent (80%). I
If the leases cover less than the entire undivided mineral estate in t~e described lands and/or if
Assignor owns less than all interest in and to said leases, then thè interests herein assigned
shall be proportionately reduced. l
The lease acreage hereby is assigned by the Assignor and ccepted by the Assignees
subject to the royalties and/or other burdens out of or with respect t9 production with which said
lease acreage is encumbered, and subject to the terms of the Amended and Restated
Exploration and Development Agreement dated September 24, 20d3, the Farmout Agreement
dated effective August 29th, 2005 between Assignors and AssigneJ and any other agreement
under which it may have been acquired by Assignors. The AssigneJ hereby assume and agree
to pay their proportionate part of each of said burdens to the extènt that they are a part or
remain a burden on the lease acreage herein assigned and to corl ply with the terms of any
agreements under which the lease acreage may have been acquired. . ,.
This Assignment is made without warranty of title either exprJss or implied, except as to
claims made by, through or under Assignor.
This instrument may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be
considered an original for all recordation purposes. It shall be sufficient that all signature pages
and acknowledgment pages be cumulated with one original docume1t.

This Assignment of Oil and Gas Leases is entered into effective f.ugust 29, 2005, by and
among Condor Exploration, LLC, 7720 East Belleview, Ste. B-1 O~' Greenwood Village, CO
80111, Horsetrap Partners, LLC, 2371 Brighton Circle, Medford, OR 97504 and Nevada
Petroleum Corp., 1345 NW Wall Street, Suite 100, Bend, OR 97701, hereinafter referred to as
("Assignors") and Zenergy, Inc. (fIk/a Zinke & Trumbo, Inc.), 6100 S. Yale Avenue, Ste. 1700,
Tulsa, OK 74136, hereinafter referred to as ("Assignee").
For and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable

grant, bargain, sell, transfer, assign and convey unto Assignee its s~ccessors and assigns, all
of Assignors' working interest, in and to the oil and gas leases ¡described in Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and made a part hereof. Assignors specifically rese'r'e the difference between
the existing burdens and twenty percent (20%), thereby delivering tm Assignee a net revenue
interest of eighty percent (80%).
If the leases cover less than the entire undivided mineral estate in the described lands and/or if
Assignor owns less than all interest in and to said leases, then the interests herein assigned
shall be proportionately reduced.
The lease acreage hereby is assigned by the Assignor and accepted by the Assignees
subject to the royalties and/or other burdens out of or with respect to ~roduction with which said
lease acreage is encumbered, and subject to the terms of the I Amended and Restated
Exploration and Development Agreement dated September 24, 2003, the Farmout Agreement
dated effective August 29th, 2005 between Assignors and Assignee land any other agreement
under which it may have been acquired by Assignors. The Assignee hereby assume and agree
to pay their proportionate part of each of said burdens to the exte?t that they are a part or
remain a burden on the lease acreage herein assigned and to comply with the terms of any
agreements under which the lease acreage may have been acquired.
