Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming~ in Book 607 of Photostatic Records on
page 20, for a portion of the property described under the Certificate of Surveyor on the plat
titled, "ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 3 AMENDED - 7th FILING
IDENTICAL WITH LOT 69 ALPINE VILLAGE SUBDIVISION NO. 1 PLAT 3
AMENDED WITHIN SEY-J SECTION 18 T37N R118W LINCOLN COUNTY~
WYOM1NG", dated 22 March 2007, as revised.
2. That he has reviewed said plat.
3. That he has read and understands the provisions of the Certificate of Mortgagee thereon and
the implications thereof.
4. That this affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same effect as if the original mylar of
said plat had been signed,
