Ann Holtgreve, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of June 12,20 6
made and executed by Roger L. Livingston, as mortgagor(s) to John William Holt reve
as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the
payment of $214,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the of ce of
the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State ofW oming,
on June 16,2006 in Book 623PR, Page 569 and modified by First Amendment to
Promissory Note recorded 12/11/06 in Book 642PR, Page 750.mortgaging the foIl wing
