I, Kim H. Leavitt, a Professional Land Surveyor, licensed by the State of Wyoming, being fIrst duly sworn on oath, do hereby depose and say: 1. That I am the Professional Land Surveyor responsible for the filing of said Plat. 2. That under the certificate of owners the access road is referred to as Cottonwood Lane, the intended name, to replace this statement should say, Packstring Road. 3. That under the certificate of owners the owners Ivan S. Johns and Jean R.
