Purpose of Easement This easement is for the purpose of providing a perpetual 60-foot wide right-of-way easement for ingress and egress and all utilities to the property described in paragraph 2 from Lincoln County Road No. 12-128 in Lincoln County. Wyoming. including the right to construct and maintain a roadway to provide that ingress and egress and for all utilities, 2, Conditåons of this Easement. The conditions of this easement are: a. If a road is constructed, Grantees shall also construct and maintain a fence on both sides of the easement at their expense. b. Construction and subsequent maintenance of a road shall be at the sole expense of Grantees, and Grantor shall have no responsibility therefore c. Construction or installation and subsequent maintenance of any utilities shall be at the sole expense of Grantees, and Grantor shall have no responsibility therefore d, Grantees shall install a cattle guard at the east boundary of the easement. Grantees shall not allow any livestock on the easement. e. Grantees are liable and responsible to Grantor to repair any damage done to Grantor' improvements in connection with the use of this easement including without limitation damage to any decorative arch construction by Grantor, 2. Description of Easement. The easement is described as follows: The South sixty (60) feet of that part of the SE1/4SW1J4 of Section 7, T33N. Binding Effect.
