WARRANTY DEED
Bryce H. Erickson and Rayma Erickson, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is 4101
W. 18th Avenue, Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074, for and in consideration ofTen dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Rayma Erickson, Grantee, whose address is 4101 W. 18th Avenue,
Stillwater, Oklahoma 74074, the following-described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT A
and the said Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements and
encumbrances of record. Hereby re1easi11g and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of
the homestead exemption laws of this state.
This is a division of land for the purpose of a single gift or sale to a member of the landowner's
immediate family pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 18-5-303(a)(i).
