situate in Lincoln COWltyand State of Wyoming, to wit:
A portion of the SW1I4NE1/4 of Section 35, Township 33 North Range 119 West, 6th P.M.,
located North of Auburn, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a nail set 450 feet South of the Northwest Corner ofthe SW1I4NE1I4 and
running East, 767.64 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence South 0°19'30" East, 284.505 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence West, 769.20 feet;
thence North, 284.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
