KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GREGORY THOMAS BERGER, AND ROBERTA C.
RAY, GRANTORS of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND
NO/IOO DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, to him in hand paid by LAVERNE E.
HAMM AND EMILY M. HAMM,GRÁNTEES, husband and wife the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for his heirs, executors
and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said LAVERNE E. HAMM, AND EMILY M.
HAMM, husband and wife, their heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession,
c1a.im. and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, situate in Lincoln
COUGtyand State of Wyoming to-wit:

Parcel 99, Parcel 176 and a portion of the abandoned UPRR spur right-of-way described in
Book 6 Deeds on Page 187 as it traverses through Block 7 as shown on the 1989 plat of the Town of
Diamondville, being all that part of said Block 7 lying between Parcel 99 and Parcel 176 to the
Town ofDiamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Said land also known as Lots 1,2,3,4, and 5 of Block 7 to the Town of
Diamondville, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Including all appurtenances thereon and subject to all reservations, restrictions and easements of
Vision or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said LA VERNE E. HAMM, AND EMILY M.
HAMM husband and wife, their heirs and assigns, to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither he
nor any other person in his name, or behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises
or any part thereof, but he and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
