KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking. Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of January 18,
2002, made and executed by Thomas W. Ladanye and Violet A. Ladanye, husband and wife,
as mortgagors, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain
real estate therein described as security for the payment of $63,000.00 which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of :Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 23rd day of January, 2002, in Book #481 PR of Mortgages, at Page 784 as
document number 878725 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of R al Estate
