RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned does hereby certify that a certain Mortgage bearing date June 14,2002, made and
executed by ROLAND C WILLIS AND LINDA L WILLIS, husband and wife, as Mortgagors, and FIRST
INTERSTATE BANK, as Lender, conveying certain real estate therein described as security for the
payment of $260,000.00, as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming, on June 17, 2002, as Document No
881860, Book 492 PR Page 138, with the note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt, fully paid,
satisfied, released, and discharged, and the undersigned does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said
grantor the premises therein conveyed and mortgaged, located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, and described
as follows:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as Covey Buck Pasture, Cokeville, WY 83114.
