HomeMy WebLinkAbout930539 000834 PARTIAL VACATION OF TRANSMISSION LINE RIGHT -OF- WAY EASEMENT On November 6th, 1955, Dallas A, Clinger granted to Lower Valley Power and Light, Inc., a Cooperative Corporation, (now known as Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation) the right to enter unto certain lands under his ownership and to construct, reconstruct, rephase, operate and maintain an electrical transmission and/or distribution line or system on said lands, which are described from record as follows: "BEGINNING at a point which is approximately 10 feet West of the South East comer of the NEl/4SWl/4 of Section 2, thence directly South approximately 200 feet, thence due East five hundred feet in the SW1/4SE1/4, thence due South to a point which is approximately 500 feet East of the SW comer of the SE1/4SE1/4 Section 20, Range 118W, T37N. Also across the South comer of Lot 3, Section 29, Range 118 West, Township 37N. 1 l <.,// \({ \~1 Easement width 50 feet on each side of described line. Said easement was recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming on August 16, 1956 in Book 18 of Public Record, page 222, For good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, does by this instrument, vacate, release and quitclaim to Alpine Development Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, (successor to Dallas A. Clinger in ownership of parts of the lands burdened by said easement in Book 18 of Public Record, page 222) all right, title and interest in and to the parts of said easement that lie within Lots 6 and 7 of Snake River Junction First Filing, a subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming as Plat No, 294-A; and to Monica Mason (successor to Dallas A. Clinger in ownership of part of the lands burdened by said easement in Book 18 of Public Record, page 222) all right, title and interest in and to the part of said easement that lies within Lot 1 of said Snake River Junction First Filing; it being the intention of Lower Valley Energy to terminate, vacate, discharge and render null and void said parts of said easement, and any rights associated with said parts of said easement.
