PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Jerry V. Guymon of Zions First National
Bank, does hereby certify that mortgage bearing the date of November 21,2006, made
and executed by Kelly Walker, Managing Member ofK & K Development, LLC, as
mortgagor to Zions First National Bank, as mortgagee conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of$240,OOO.OO as therein stated, which
mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed
of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on November 27,2006, in Book 641PR, Page
355, mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to wit:
Lot 11 of 1 st Amended Cottonwood Creek Subdivision Phase I
Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed
on July 21,2006, as Instrument No. 920465 ofthe records of
the Lincoln County Clerk.
Is released, and discharged as to the aforementioned premises, and in consideration
thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the
premises described herein.
It being expressly understood and agreed that this release shall not affect the said
mortgage of the security thereof, in any manner or fonn whatsoever, as to the remainder
of the real estate mortgaged therein and thereby,
