GRANT OF EASEMENT
AJpine Development Group, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, ("Grantor"),
hereby acknowledge, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to SlL VER STAR TELEPHONE
COMPANY, INC., grantee of Freedom, Wyoming, an easement for the benefit of the
Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln and State
of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following conditions:
1. Pumose of Basement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right -of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities.
2. Descriotion of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following
described property:
As described in Exhibit "An attached hereto, and by this reference made a
part hereof.
3. Hineline: Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
