all interest in the following described real property, situate in Lincohl County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
Any interest held by virtue ofthe Life Estate as contained in Quitlcaim Deed recorded September 1, 2006 in Book 632PR
on Page 476 of Tthe records of the Lincoln County Clerk described as follows:
A Tract of land lying within and being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28,
Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is located North 53 rods and East 16 rods from the Southwest corner ofthe
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 28; and running
thence East 20 rods;
thence South 16 rods;
thence West 20 rods;
thence North 16 rods to the point of beginning

TOGETHER with an access easement 30 feet inwidth, with the north boundary thereof being described as
follows:
Beginning at the same said point of beginning, which is the northwest corner of the Tract above described;
and running thence West, 14 rods, more or less, to Wyoming Highway 238 right-of-way.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue ofthe homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
