A portion of Block 11 of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision of the City of
Kemmerer, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at .the north radius point of the southwest corner of said Block 11;

593,58 feet to the point of beginning of the description; thence continuing
