WARRANTY DEED
JULIE L. JOHNSON, a single person, Grantor, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration,
in
hand paid,
receipt
whereof
is
hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to JULIE L. JOHNSON, as Trustee
of the JULIE L. JOHNSON TRUST dated June 28, 2007, Grantee, whose
address is PO Box 145, Kemmerer, Wyoming, 83101, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 6B of Block 1 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition,
Second Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County,
Wyoming according to the official plat thereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
