ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE
AND APPOINTING PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
The Petition of Gloria Jean Sempsis being filed in the above entitled matter, praying
for admission to probate of a certain document filed herein, purporting to be the Last Will
and Testament of Robert Leroy Rayback, deceased, and for appointment of a Personal
Representative thereof, and that Letters Testamentary be granted, this day regularly coming
on to be heard; and after examining said Petition, and the proofs or evidence in support of
said Will from which it appears that said document is the Last Will and Testament of said
Robert Leroy Rayback, deceased; that it was executed in all particulars as required by law,
and that said decedent died on the 27th day of January, 2007; the decedent was a resident of
the County of Sweetwater, in the State of Wyoming at the time of his death, and left an estate
consisting of real and personal property in Sweetwater County, State of Wyoming; and that
the probable value of said estate at the time ofthe death of decedent was in excess of the sum
of $150,000.00.
IT IS ORDERED, that the document heretofore filed, purporting to be the Last Will
and Testament of said Robert Leroy Rayback, deceased, is hereby admitted to probate as the
Last Will and Testament of said deceased; that Gloria Jean Sempsis be, and she is hereby,
appointed Personal Representative thereof, and that Letters Testamentary thereon issue to
said Petitioner upon her taking an oath required by law, said Last Will and Testament of
Robert Leroy Rayback specifically requesting that the Personal Representative be permitted
to serve without bond.
