Hal Heiner and Jann Heiner, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is 5550 Tin Cup
Jet. Road, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, quitclaim, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without
recourse to the Grantors, or Grantors' successors and assigns, to Eric Heiner and Brandy Heiner,
husband and wife, Grantees, whose address is p.o. 'Ut>' .. ~~ Freedom, Wyoming
83120, all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel ofland situated
in the County of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
A portion of the property referred to in Instrument No. 451383 in
Book 1 08PR on page 19 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk,
located within Lot 4 of Section 28, T35N R199W of the 6th P.M"
Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING AT AN Iron Pipe set at a point in the West line of said
Lot 4, said point being 474.65 feet, N 0°46'26" E from the BLM type
monument found marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698 1982
location for the closing comer between Section 28, Section 33 and
Idaho;
thence N 0°46'26" E continuing along said West line, 178.82 feet to
an Iron Pipe set at the westerly prolongation of an existing
East- West fence;
thence S 89°01 '45" E to and along said fence, 382.89 feet to an Iron
Pipe set at a fence comer;
thence S 1 °33'08" W, to and along an existing North-South fence,
114.20 feet to an Iron Pipe set at a bend in said fence;
thence S 9°54'55" W, continuing along said fence, 49.05 feet to an
Iron Pipe set at a fence comer;
thence S 88029'33" W, along an existing East-West fence and its
Westerly prolongation, 373.84 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing
and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state.
