Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Harold D. Whitman, of the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the sum ofTen ($10.00)
and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby
confessed and acknowledged, has remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed
and by these presents does for his heirs, executors and administrators, remis,
release and forever quitclaim unto Harold D. Whitman and Valorie Lyn Whitman,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose address is P.O. Box 375,
LaBarge, WY 83123, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in and to the following described
premises to-wit:
Lots 28 and 29 of the Viola Subdivision Phase No.1, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Harold D. Whitman
and Valorie Lyn Whitman to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that
neither he, nor any other person in his name of behalf shall or will hereafter claim
or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and
every one of them shall by these presents by excluded and forever barred.
In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my signature this 5th day of July,
