Donald E. and Jymme G. Snider, Owner, of 473 North Main, City of Thavne, State of
Wyoming, the following described real estate Snider's Rustic Inn located at 473 North
Main, City of Thayne, State of Wyoming.
a) The following price is offered for the property
b) Cash, certified or local casher's check on closing
And delivery of deed
c) Approximate principal balance of first mortgage
to which conveyance shall be subject.

g) Buyer will pay electric and water services for the Bunk House, Public
Showers and Laundromat.
h) Real property structures (b) through (g) are located at 477 North Main, City of
Thayne, State of Wyoming
i) If Owner of property located at 477 North Main, City of Thayne, State of
Wyoming decides to sale above real property that includes Bunk House,
Public Showers, Public Laundromat, fenced pasture and residential home,
buyers shall have fIrst right of refusal.
