Grantors, whose address is P.O, Box 265, Green River, Wyoming, 82935, for and in
consideration of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to JOHN C,
MORRISON AND MARGARET L. MORRISON, as Trustees or their successor trustees,
of the MORRISON TRUST dated May 11, 2006, Grantee, whose address is P.O, Box
265, Green River, Wyoming, 82935, the following described real estate, situated in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lots 60, 61, and 62, Unit A, Commissary Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof
filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of
Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming,
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, easements, incidents and
appurtenances thereunto appertaining;
SUBJECT TO: reservations, restrictions, covenants and exceptions of
record and those contained in United States patents;
SUBJECT TO: prior mineral reservations of record,
WITNESS our hands this 11th day of May, 2006.
