consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to
the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Gene Warren and Michelle Warren, Husband and
Wife, Grantees, whose address is 4564 County Road 125, Freedom, Wyoming 83120, all of
Grantor's right, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the County
of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to easements,
encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and rights-of-way of record or otherwise. Hereby releasing

Description - Warren 497-839 Adjusted
A portion of the Deed recorded in Book 497PR, on Page 839, with
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the
Sl/2SE1/4 of Section 33, T35N, Rl19W, of the 6th. P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the Barnett property referred
to in the Deed recorded in Book 416PR, on Page 651, with said
Office, said Point being 1,187,22 feet S89°16'24"E, along the
North line of Section 4, of T34N, Rl19W, of said 6th P.M., from the
Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1997 location for the Northwest Closing
Corner of said Section 4; thence N3°48'46"E, along the East line
of said Barnett property, 91.76 feet to the Northeast corner of
said Barnett property; thence NOo47'38"E, parallel with the East
line of said Sl/2SE1/4, 1,231.56 feet;
thence S89°11'20"E 722.20 feet;
thence SOo47'38"W, parallel with said East line, 1,322.12 feet to
a Point in said North line;
thence N89°16'24"W, along said North line, 727.03 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containing 21.93± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH: A 60 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, to Thayne -
Freedom County Road 12-125, the Center Line being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the North line of the above described
property, said Point being 30.00 feet S89°11'20"E from the
Northwest corner of said property;

thence N89°12'28"W 345.11 feet to a Point in the Center Line of
said County Road, as shown on Page 4 of the As Built Record of
Survey, prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates, dated 22 July,
