1) ThIs form must be t'Ompleted and aubmltted for any assignment of State 011 '" Gas Lease leasehold Interest. undivided or ~vided
as to eepuate tIac:ts, formations, zones or deposits, and for oveniding royally inteœat.
2) Assignments of Ieøs than a 100% leasehold interest, do not relieve the _gnor of the obllgatioJl as a lessee under the terms of the
lease regarding the interelt conveyed unlesa the State first has In hand. a written agreement to be bound as leøsee for all obllgatioJl
under the lease for the assigned portion from the assignee. ThIs requirement ahould not be construed in any way as a release or
recision of the obllgatiolll of any aurety bonding parties under the requirements of the State 011 and gas lease, Board Rules or this

be furnished covering any and all productive zones prior to approval of any assignment of Interest in an openting State 011 and gas .

8) Corpontions, limited Ilablllty companies. and limited partnershlpa must be qualified with the Wyoming Secretuy of State'a Office,
and genenl partnershIp papers are required to be filed with the Slate Lands and Investments prior to, and as a t'Onditlon of Board
approval of any assignment.
9) Asslgnmenta will not be t'OlIIldered for approval where assignor or any aaalgnee currently has a delinquent (late) royalty or
rental payment obllgatlon(a) for any Stale aubaurface resource leaae.
