Brown, Trustees of the Fred and Linda Brown Family Trust dated December 11, 2001, of Auburn, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration the receipt of which is acknowledged, convey and quitclaim unto Joey C. DeCora and Crystal A. DeCora, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 1712 State Highway 238, Auburn, WY 83111, grantees, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: That part of the N1/2SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 23, T33N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 485 PR, page 751, as more particularly described on the attached "Description for Jay Fredrick Brown and Linda K. Brown-Brown Family Exempt Tract" which is incorporated herein by this reference. THIS IS A FAMILY EXEMPTION CONVEYANCE UNDER W.S. 18-5-303(a)(i).
