hereby acknowledged, hereby Conveys and Quitclaims to the

described real property situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit:

to the Town of Thayne, NEl/4, Section 23, T34N,
Rl19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to be filed in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

we, the undersigned, hereby certify that the addition of part of the NE1/4 of
Section 23,
T34N Rl19W, within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County,
wyoming as shown hereon and more particularly described under the Certificate of
surveyor, is
with the free consent and is in accordance with the desires of the undersigned
owners and
proprietors;
that the name of the subdivision shall be the MCKIM ADDITION;
that wright (Hope) Street and Park Street as shown on this plat is hereby dedicated
to the public;
that a portion of Elk Avenue and a portion of sunrise Avenue as depicted on this
plat is hereby
vacated;
that the addition is subject to easements of record;
that the seller does not warrant to the purchasers that he/she has any rights to the
natural flow of
any streams within or adjacent to this addition;
that wxoming Law does not recognize any riparian rights to the continued natural
flow of steam
or river for persons living on the banks of a stream or river;
that all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
wyoming are
hereby released;
that the undersigned Grantors, for $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration,
do hereby
quitclaim all right, title and interest that they have or may have to any of the
land within said
Addition or to that part of wright (Hope) Street or that part of Park Street
adjoining said
Addition to the Grantee(s) as shown on Mckim Additon;
