(-$10.00-), in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby Conveys and Quitclaims To
Bart F. Merritt and Deanna M. Merritt,
Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, their heirs, successors and assigns,
grantees, whose address is: P.O. Box 425, Thayne, WY 83127,
all interest in the following described real property, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the west thirty (30) feet of the land in Section 19,
Township 34 North and Range 118 West ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming reserved in Quit Claim Deed
recorded October 4, 2004 in Book 569PR on page 15 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk
ALSO, a right of ingress, egress and utilities over, under and across the west thirty (30) feet of the land in Section
19, Township 34 North and Range 118 West ofthe 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming reserved in Quit Claim
