RELEASE AND WAIVER
For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, I,
Tina M. Magrath, do hereby forever release and waive all rights under and by virtue of the
Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of Wyoming in regard to:
Lot 9 of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to the plat filed
September 5, 1990 as Plat No.s 335-1 and 335-2 in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk.
together with all improvements thereon.

for a loan and acknowledge that the said lender has relied upon this release and waiver in
