THIS UTILITY EASEMENT is made and entered into this 116-day of July,
2007, by and between KEVIN M. PAUL and EKO PAUL, husband and wife, P.O. Box
1387, Afton, Wyoming 83110, Grantors, and THE TOWN OF THAYNE,
WYOMING, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, P.O. Box 298, Thayne, Wyoming
83127, Grantee.

For and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantors hereby GRANT AND CONVEY to Grantee, and its successors
and assigns forever, a utility easement for the benefit of Grantee, upon and beneath the
following describe real estate situate in the Town of Thayne, County, of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming:

FIFTEEN (15) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT", dated 4 July 2007, attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Said easement shall be a perpetual utility easement for underground utilities that
Grantee may deem necessary, granting unto Grantee full and free right and authority,
including such access as is necessary, for the installation, construction, operation,
maintenance, repair, replacement, and reconstruction of such utilities across, through, in,
and under said parcel of land.
The easement shall benefit all of the property within the McKim Addition to the
Town of Thayne, as shown on the plat thereof that was filed in the land records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming on July _,2007, as Plat No, ,Receiving No.
The easement created herein shall run with the lands identified herein, and shall
be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of Grantors and Grantees and their respective
heirs, successors, or assigns.
