WARRANTY DEED
Craig W, Smith and Leanne Smith, husband and wife as tenants by the
entirety, Grantors, whose address is PO Box 4242, 239 Strawberry Creek Lane,
Bedford, WY 83112, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and
ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Craig W, Smith and Leanne
A, Smith, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the CRAIG & LEANNE
SMITH LIVING TRUST dated July 2, 2007, for the benefit of Craig W, Smith
and Leanne A. Smith and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 4242, 239
Strawberry Creek Lane, Bedford, WY 83112, the following real estate located at
239 Strawberry Creek Lane, Bedford, Lincoln County, Wyoming and legally
described as:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded on July
28, 2005 in Book 592, Page 416 as Document No. 910329, on
record with the Lincoln County Clerk, Kemmerer, Wyoming a
copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors
hereby covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title
thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions,
reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record,
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state,
