PARTIAL RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of November
07, 2005, and executed by Steven J. Ellison and Lauralynn Ellison, Husband and Wife, a
mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of
$140,920.00.00, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 28th of November, 2005, in
Book# 606 Mortgages, at Page# 87 as document number# 914015 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"Lot 51 of Rockbridge Meadows First Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat # No. 360-D filed on November 14,2005 as
instrument No. 909983 of the Lincoln County Clerk."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this 09th day of July,
2007.
