AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE
The undersigned, having been duly sworn, hereby deposes and says as follows:
1. I am a resident of TETON County, State of Wyoming, overJhe agt; of twenty-one years and in all
respects competent to testify to the matters contained herein.
2. I am currently employed as a Title Officer by Land Title Company and my job responsibilities
include title searches and examinations.
3. I am familiar with that certain CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED, Executed by MORITZ
BERGMEYER, a single man, as Grantor, MARY LOUISE CARLSON, a single woman and LYNN
TALARICO, a single woman, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. Dated May 18,2007,
Recorded May 23,2007, in Book 659, on Page 142, as Receiving No. 929648, in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
4. Due to a clerical error, the legal description attached to the CORRECTION WARRANTY DEED
was incorrect.

5. The correct legal description ofthe real property intended to be described in the CORRECTION
WARRANTY DEED is as follows:

PARCEL 1: The property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 374 P.R., on Page 250 and a portion
of the property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 352 P.R., on Page 88, being within the SE ~
SW ~ and the SW ~ SE ~ of Section 34, Township 36 North, Range 119 West, of the 6th P.M, located
Northwest from Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe marking a point in the South line of said Section 34, said point being
1,617.47 feet, North 89°07'12" West, along said South line from the B.L.M. type Monument marking
the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698 1979, location for the Southeast comer of said Section 34 (S34-S35
T36N, R119W / S3-S2 T35N, R119W); thence North 89°07' 12" West, continuing along said South line,
1,161.89 feet to an Iron Pipe; thence North 1,314.56 feet, to an Iron Pipe marking a point in the North
line of said SE ~ SW~; thence South 88°54'01" East, along said North line of the SE ~ SW ~ and
extending along the North line of said SW ~ SE ~, 1,161.97 feet, to an Iron Pipe; thence South 1,310.10

Easement recorded May 11,2004, in Book 554 P.R., on Page 853, as Receiving # 899194, in the Office
ofthe Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Releasing those easements of record in Book 352 P.R., on
Page 86, as Receiving # 784410 and in Book 374 P.R., on Page 248, as Receiving # 809351.
