HomeMy WebLinkAbout931402 0902S:1 WARRANTY DEED THIS INDENTURE, made the cV day of August, 2002 by and between the FREEDOM INVESTMENTS, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and JOHN GRIFFITHS AND LAURA GRIFFITHS Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties whose address is 9806 Glenrock Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89134 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: (J.
