Limited Power of Attorney
KNOWN by all these presents that I, Debra Floyd, have made, constituted and
appointed and by these presents do make and constitute and appoint Tyson
Floyd, of Kemmerer, Wyoming, my true and lawful attorney for me and in my
name, place and stead for my use and benefit as follows:
To execute all documents necessary to sell, including, but not
limited to, Affidavits, Deeds, Settlement Statements, Contract and
Agreements and any buyer documents requiring the seller
signatures for the following described property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming described as follows:
Legal Description:
The Easterly one-third of Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 4 in the Original
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 1 and running
thence Westerly along Emerald Street 46-2/3 feet;
thence northerly at right angles 140 feet;
thence easterly at right angles 46-2/3 feet;
thence southerly at right angles along the westerly boundary line of
the alley of said Block 4, 140 feet to the Point of Beginning
Known as: 413 Emerald Street, Kemmerer, WY 83101
Giving and granting unto said attorney full power and attorney to do and perform
all and every act whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
above stated premises, as fully to all intent and purposes as the signer might and
could do if personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming that said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done in the above stated premises by
virtue of these presents.
